Raffaella Cagliano, Professor of People Management and Organization at MIP Politecnico di Milano School of Management, will host a webinar that will focus on Business School approaches to sustainability and, more specifically, how teaching and research in this area can have an impact on the wider community and organisations.
Raffaella explains how MIP Politecnico di Milano School of Management aims to coordinate all of its sustainability research according to the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with many projects focussing on industry innovation and infrastructure, responsible consumption and production, good health and wellbeing, as well as others.
Ultimately, this webinar will highlight how MIP aims to integrate more sustainability and responsibility contents into its research and teaching activities by linking its academic activities with new ‘service-to-the-community’ initiatives.
Raffaella will give examples of how faculty members and students have been cooperating with non-profit organisations and social enterprises, and how this has been a successful and beneficial experience from both the student perspective as well as that of the organisations with which the School collaborates.
