To support BGA students and graduates with their submissions into the BGA Future Leaders Case Competition 2022, in partnership with Austral Education Group, BGA will deliver four free-to-attend workshops.

Rado Barzev

International Advisor and Lecturer in Environmental Economics and Finance
Rado Barzev is an international advisor and lecturer in environmental economics and finance, with 20 years of experience in development and management of projects in Central America, Panama, the Caribbean, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Peru and Chile.
He is a consultant for several international organisations such as United Nations Development Program, Global Environmental Facility, World Bank, Interamerican Bank of Development, Conservation International, International Union for Conservation of Nature, Central American Commission for Environment and Development, the Swiss, Spanish, Danish, German International Aid Agencies, Panamá Chanel Authority, and several Ministries of the Environment in Central America.
He was Chief Executive Officer at Barzev Consulting SA, with offices in Panama and Nicaragua; a consulting firm specialising in providing training and advice to organisations willing to adopt environmental and structural improvements, in order to become more efficient and resilient to economic phenomena and climate change.
He is a PhD candidate in cleaner production, ecological industry and sustainability, Erasmus University, The Netherlands; and has an MSc in economics of natural resources and the environment, Universidad de Concepción, Chile.

Jose Anibal specializes in sustainable banking and finance, and has served on the board of directors at local banks in Paraguay, and held positions in their Ministry of Finance and Central Bank.

Graduated in International Trade from the American University of Asuncion Paraguay. 18 years of experience in Paraguayan Financial Systems. Worked in ABN AMRO bank until the merger with Banco Regional SAECA.
Currently in the position of Analyst in the Trade Department and now will also be part of the Development of the Sustainable Dept.
