Leading Through Uncertainty

Jude Jennison

Practical Inspiration

Technology has changed business. It has created a high-performance culture in which leaders have to be agile, resilient and results-focused. However, these changes have also created an increased level of uncertainty, stress, fear and polarisation. This has led to disconnection. Therefore, leaders of today face many challenges. Jude Jennison looks at these challenges from an interesting point of view. She explores the challenges leaders face as human beings in a technological world, the new habits and behaviours they need to adopt to re-connect on a human to human basis and the leadership qualities they need to lead through uncertainty.

Leading Through Uncertainty emphasises the human characteristics of communication, connection, compassion and community. Jennison also draws on her experience of working with a herd of horses to show the reader the impact of non-verbal communication in leadership.
