Ana Howes
Global Head of Education Services, Blue Prism
Ana’s continuous curiosity and passion for learning have been very critical in enabling her to leverage opportunities and achieve a very colourful and successful career. As the Global Head of Education Services at Blue Prism, Ana is responsible for leading a global team and delivering training programs for all employees, customers, partners and everyone else interested in learning about all things Intelligent Automation.
Prior to joining Blue Prism, Ana was responsible for managing global technical programs, building a centre of excellence, and providing support and professional services to customers and partners of Informatica, Heiler Software and Robert Bosch. She was often recognised as a motivational and collaborative leader, who is able to build cohesive, cross-functional global teams focused on driving excellent results.
Originally from Montenegro, Ana won the prestigious German DAAD scholarship multiple times, allowing her to pursue further education in Bulgaria and Germany, where she earned a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Tübingen.
Ana supports a few charities in UK and Germany and is a believer that helping others may just be the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier
Jon “Jet” Theuerkauf
Chief Customer Strategy and Transformation Officer, Blue Prism
As Blue Prism’s Chief Customer Strategy and Transformation Officer, Jet has become one of the most respected voices on connected-RPA, intelligent automation, and building and scaling a digital workforce.
He has more than 26 years of experience working on and leading global transformation initiatives that deliver positive results. Over his career, Jet has delivered nearly $6bn (USD) in benefits across the firms for which he has worked. In his previous role as Head of Transformation at BNY Mellon, Jet was responsible for the operations reengineering efforts, robotics and SMART technology, off-shoring, and outsourcing, operating location strategy, and Cost management. His team and their Digital Workers named Alex were one of the early pioneers in financial services and one of the earliest ever to scale.
Jet has multiple degrees in psychology and advanced training in business specialties from Harvard, London Business School, and Thunderbird University. His early background in consulting to the manufacturing industry provided a great learning opportunity to develop his engineering mindset. This, combined with his formal training in psychology, set him up for his later career in leading large-scale change. He has served in senior leadership roles living and working in the UK, Switzerland, Russia, and New Zealand.
Jet has served as the Chairman of the Diversity Committee for one of the largest banks in Europe, and he is constantly involved in philanthropic efforts. He has coached and mentored hundreds of people to help them achieve all they can. He is currently serving as the executive sponsor for Blue Prism for Good, a philanthropic effort funded by Blue Prism.
